Booking Serenity Rose is easy! Our hourly rate is $350, inclusive of all fees, the captain, and gas. Enjoy complimentary ice and water during your trip. A deposit of $350 is due at the time of booking.

  • Your preferred date and start time.

  • The number of hours you wish to book.

  • The number of passengers (our boat fits 6-7 people comfortably, not including the captain).

You will receive an email confirmation and a Square invoice to pay your deposit. And that's it! You're all set for a fantastic day on the water.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s our cancellation policy for Serenity Rose boat rentals:

  • Cancellations Made 7 Days Before the Booking Date:

    • Full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations Made 5 Days Before the Booking Date:

    • 50% refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations Made Less Than 48hrs Before the Booking Date:

    • No refund of the deposit.

  • Weather-Related Cancellations:

    • In case of severe weather conditions, we will work with you to reschedule your booking or provide a full refund.

For any changes or cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure we can accommodate your needs..

Punctuality

Your reserved time block starts and ends at the agreed-upon times. Late arrivals do not extend your rental period. Please arrive 15 mins before your start time.

No Shoes on the Boat

Please remove your shoes before boarding.

Respect the Captain

Follow the captain’s instructions at all times for a safe and enjoyable experience.

Bathroom Use

Use the restroom at the harbor before departure. Only flush urine; all other waste should be disposed of in the trash can to avoid a $350 fine.

Any damage to the boat or its contents will be charged to the card on file.

Life Jackets

If entering the water life jacket must be worn ,no exceptions.

Bathroom Use

Only urine can be flushed; other waste must be placed in the trash can.

Damage Liability

You are responsible for any damage to the boat or its contents.
